About us
TH "KazMunaiGaz" was established as a daughter enterprise of the National Company "KazMunaiGaz". It was established on December 22, 2000 under the name "Munai-Impex Holding S.A." and renamed to TH "KazMunaiGaz Holding S.A." on August 2003.

The main function of the company is the realization of:

- Oil from the resources of the following oil-producing companies: "EmbaMunaiGas" and "UsenMunaiGas"
- Volumes of royalties, which the republic gets from domestic consumers.
- Mineral oils from oil-refining works in Atyrau.

TH "KazMunaiGaz Holding S.A." maintains the very important role of creating a solid and reliable image for "KazMunaiGaz" abroad. The company also set a firm strategy to be a leader of the oil sector in the republic as well as to contribute to the economic and social development of the state and to the integration of Kazakhstan in the world economy.

 


The company has been created with the purpose of storing dividends from the activities of dependant companies and the future realization of the investments and commercial projects domestically and internationally.

A foreign network is being developed in order to maximize trade and operation efficiency. The investments of the foreign network make it possible to extend the influence of the companies internationally in order to:

- Establish cooperation with foreign juridical bodies and individuals operating in the oil trade sectors.
- Future increase of international network will allow extending the influence of companies abroad.

Another main goal for the foreign net is profiting from daughter enterprises by distributing their activities. Each company has its own function, for example: TH "KazMunaiGaz Ukraine", TH "KazMunaiGaz AG", TH "KazMunaiGaz Middle East", TH "KazMunaiGaz China", etc. their functions are:


• Negotiate product sales
• Document administration and transaction management
• Treaties with financial and juridical companies
• Ensuring negotiations and transactions

TH "KazMunaiGaz UK" is responsible for:

• Finding new partners
• Analyzing the UK oil market
