TH KazMunaiGaz Middle East is the trading-operational company of the trade house for the Islamic Republic of Iran, operating under the agreement in force for the exchange of crude oil (SWAP Contract) and carries out export deliveries of Kazakhstan crude oil to that region.
It is important to note that the SWAP Contract which was signed between the state companies assigned to the given project an interstate status. Earlier export operations under the given contract were carried out by TH KazMunaiGaz Ltd.
TH KazMunaiGaz Middle East also carries out the export of oil refining products produced by the Refinery of Atyrau.
