"Semser" was established in December 2000. The company offers security services and is currently working with all the "TH KazMunaiGaz" operations and other organizations.

"KaskorTransService" was established in 1997. The company provides a full range of logistics and transportation services using various kinds of transportation. The company also owns railways from Port to Aktau.
